Key Responsibilities

Meet with pre-qualified leads or self-generated leads
Provide in-home consultations, estimates, and design guidance
Present and close contracts
Collaborate with our production team to ensure a smooth handoff
Maintain follow-up communication to deliver an excellent customer experience

Ideal Candidate

Must have experience in remodeling sales, home improvement, or design (3 years)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Professional, confident, and customer-focused
Goal-oriented and motivated by financial success
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
