Hail Damage and New Roof
Priority handled the process of estimating and dealing with the insurance company. Very pleased with the work that was done and they were also able to address some flaws from the original construction of my home. Ultimately, correcting a problem that was not theirs. Everyone involved in the process was very helpful and professional. Brian Stockman and Kori Seeger worked quickly to resolve the situation in a very timely manner. For anyone with construction work to be done, I would highly recommend Priority Construction Services.
New Siding, a New House
Working with Adam Smith from Priority has been very nice. He took the time to go over the whole process and discuss any questions that came up. During the install of the new siding he visited the worksite a number of times to make sure things were going as planned. I wish I could post a before and after because now it truly feels that our house from 1872 has had a 150 year face lift giving us a new home feel.
Roof Replacement
Our new roof looks fantastic and I am extremely happy with the customer service, especially working with Josh. The crew left the yard spotless after they finished. Thank you for everything you did to make the process seamless.
Roof review
Travis did a great job in explaining the procedures involving replacing my shingles, dealing with the insurance company, warranty information and time frames. I requested that the roof be done as fast as possible. Travis had us moved up. The crew that replaced the roof did an outstanding job. I was especially impressed with the clean up. I have yet to find a nail on the ground . I strongly recommend Priority services and especially Travis Newcomb

We are extremely happy with our new roof and our experience with Priority Construction. From the time Kent Kaupa came out to inspect our roof, meeting with the insurance adjuster, coming back out while the crew was here doing the work, and calling after the work was done the experience of working with this company was great! I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done. They are helpful and very responsive to anything you experience before, during, and after the work is completed.
Out with the old and in with the new
We are extremely happy with our home restoration project that was done by Priority Construction. We had planned on new windows prior to getting the hail damage to our roof and siding. So we had it all done. All new windows, patio door, siding, shingles, gutters and downspouts! They do an awesome job. Looks like a new house! Special thank you to Rylie, Jonathan and Chad. You kept the ball rolling and always kept us informed. Priority Construction is the best!!

Priority construction replaced our roof last week after it was damaged by hail. I want to thank Travis Newcomb who inspected the roof and made several trips back to make sure nothing was missed. He met with our insurance adjuster when he was here also. Also the construction crew did a wonderful job and finished the roof in one day! They did a great job making sure everything was picked up around the house when they were done. Fantastic job well done!
Post Hail Roofing Work
I met Riley Rainey post hail experience in Rochester and decided to go with Priority Construction because he diligently inspected the damages incurred, was knowledgeable and well versed with insurance laws and also promised to meet with the insurance company adjustor which he did. The work was done in a reasonable time as he had promised. I was impressed with his roofing crew, as they worked diligently and finished the work in one day. The work was thoroughly checked and inspected. I would praise their workmanship and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a remodeling or repair work on their house. I was impressed with Riley's work ethic as he was found true to his words and stayed behind his work 100%. Several of my neighbors and friends have since then approached me about the experience with Priority Construction and I have given rave reviews based on this experience.
