Exterior Home Sales Consultant

• Proven success in storm-related construction sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable performing home inspections, including roof assessments
• Ability to manage appointments and follow-up with customers
• Experience with insurance claims and working with adjusters
• Confidence in closing sales and managing leads
• Willingness to work in areas impacted by wind or hail storms
• Ability to clearly explain home improvement projects to homeowners

Key Responsibilities:​

• Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and respond to incoming leads
• Conduct in-home inspections and consultations
• Close sales and nurture long-term client relationships
• Participate in ongoing training, including sales techniques and product knowledge

​Qualifications:​

• 3 years of experience in construction and/or storm restoration sales
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Strong fieldwork and customer interaction background

Compensation Package:

• Bonus opportunities

• Weekends as needed
