Friendly Professionalism
Jenny‘s superb professionalism when handling our hail damage claim, was unprecedented. Not only did she communicate each step of the process clearly to us, she was literally on the roof with the insurance adjuster making sure all damage was properly documented. As though it was her own home. Her diligence and eye for detail didn’t allow the insurance company to short change us. I believe she achieved the best possible return on our claim. Throughout the repair process, Jenny stopped by several times to follow up and check quality. She even made sure to make time to be on site during the completion/clean up day. If I had more than two thumbs, they’d all be up!👍👍… Thank you, Jenny and Priority Construction.
