4 years ago I had a hail storm come through my town and I had major damage to my home, I was lost, being that I have never made an insurance claim on my home before, it was just luck on my part that josh from priority came and knocked on my door. He helped me through the whole process on what to expect from the insurance company, he also came down to my home and met with the insurance adjuster to make sure no damage was over looked. Once the repairs were started it was completed very quickly and neatly with tons of communication throughout the whole process. And they also picked up after themselves so there was no clean up by myself at all. So this year when I had another hail storm come through I did not even think twice on who to have fix my home. So if you?re looking for Great customer service Very professional Great quality Very knowledgeable/ and work well with insurance companies Choose Priority These are the only guys to use in my opinion!!

Geoff Christensen was knowledgeable and reliable. He made navigating through the insurance claim and recovery much easier. He was honest, upfront, and accessible through the whole process. The work was done on time, and the quality was good. The workers stayed out of our way and picked up after themselves.

We had every one of our house windows replaced and were very pleased with the workmanship and how nice all the workers were. Came home from vacation to find an area of our garage roof with facia board exposed and damage from a windstorm. Took photos, called Priority and emailed them our photos. Within 25 minutes Priority was repairing the damage. They also checked our entire 15 y.o. roof, taking photos before and after caulking several questionable areas. The quick service was very important as the first winter storm of the season was predicted for the following day.
