Derek Scheiber and crew were amazing! Earlier this year we had issues with our roof shingles. I phoned Andrew Atwood with Century 21 and he phoned Derek. Derek was at our home within 20 minutes. He placed a temporary patch on the area and he walked us through the entire process. He was patient, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Derek and his crew. We will be contacting Derek again to assist us with a deck rebuild next year. Derek it has been a pleasure working with you, you made this process easy and we are forever grateful. When my roof started leaking and didn’t know who to call. My friend referred me to Isaiah. He came over right away to look at my roof and explain the process. I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest to work with because of the stressful nature of the leak. Isaiah was calm, knowledgeable, and kept connecting with me through the process. The work was done quickly and I was kept up to speed on each step in the process. I know why my friend recommended Isaiah and I know I will now do the same. Fantastic customer service
I recently had to replace my roof because of hail damage. The whole process made me anxious, partly because it's just an inconvenience, but also because I live in a townhouse with a shared roof with a neighbor. From the very first time that I spoke to Cory from Priority, I had peace of mind. He promptly answered all of my questions, and helped me through every step of the way. I can honestly say that Cory advocated for me much more than my insurance company did! I am so grateful that I went with Priority Construction. Also, the crew that replaced my roof were the best. When they finished the job that afternoon, my yard was as it was before they started and that was a big deal to me. I highly recommend Priority, and send a huge thank you to Cory and his crew!!
