Position: Full-Time Carpenter
Pay: Top Pay for Top Skill – Based on Experience
Start Date: ASAP

Deck construction & repair
Post frame building
Diagnosing & solving a wide variety of structural and home repair issues

Minimum 5 years’ experience in carpentry and exterior construction
Can work independently and confidently in the field
Able to assess and handle repair work on the fly
Familiar with all standard tools, materials, and safety practices
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Valid driver’s license & transportation required
Leadership experience or crew management is a big plus
