Came home from vacation to find an area of our garage roof with facia board exposed and damage from a windstorm. Took photos, called Priority and emailed them our photos. Within 25 minutes Priority was repairing the damage. They also checked our entire 15 y.o. roof, taking photos before and after caulking several questionable areas. The quick service was very important as the first winter storm of the season was predicted for the following day.

A storm rushed through our area on a Friday evening producing golf ball sized hail that destroyed our roof, gutters, fascia and siding. At 7pm that same evening Priority had someone come out, assess our damage and aid us through the claiming process. This wasn't the first or last time they worked after hours for us and led us through every step of the process. We left on a Friday evening and returned on a Sunday afternoon to all repairs completed. Priority truly went above and beyond. For those reasons I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need.
