Excellent. We had a lot going on with a couple different storms, having started one project on our own and Matt Schmitz got us through the new roof process with dealing with our insurance company and guiding us through our next claim. Always on time, nice to deal with and made sure we understood it all. Would definitely recommend Priority to friends!

Priority's Repair of Our Home's Hail Damage
In 2022 we filed an insurance claim regarding hail damage to our home's roof, windows, and doors. We chose to have Priority do the repair of the windows/doors. They completed the project (replacing 26 windows/doors) on schedule in 2023, and we could not be more pleased with how things went. Priority took care of working with our insurance company to make sure that all charges were covered, did outstanding work, and kept us informed throughout the entire time. Andy Friedt was our "point person." He was professional, prompt, and re-assuring. He and all Priority personnel with whom we worked were simply "first class." With high-dollar projects as this was, it is important to work with people who you can trust and who do quality work per the agreed-to schedule. I highly recommend Priority to all who are considering them for a home repair project.
Stepping in to help after another company's bad job
Priority Construction has been very helpful with helping us to repair our leaking metal shingle roof after the original company improperly installed it wrong and would not stand by their work. Matt at Priority has been very helpful looking at options to get our roof repaired. We have been very grateful for Priority's customer service and Matt's time helping us. Communication has been great with this company! Great company to work with!

They got to my roof earlier than their estimate.. their crews came in the early morning and were completed by the afternoon.. they did a wonderful job.. when I have to do my main house I will be calling them
Great Service
Priority Construction assessed my home and found that I had hail damage. After working with my insurance company, they reroofed, resided and added gutters to my home. It looks new again!! Service was great, crews were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I am very impressed! Thanks, Mike, for getting this all done!!
Great Job so far!
Getting your home repaired after a storm is a difficult process with home insurance these days. Priority Construction has made it a little bit easier but we are still waiting for the windows to get fully approved by the insurance company because they’re not meeting at the same price. Priority already replaced my roof and gutters and did a outstanding job! The gutter team was incredible. Doing a better job than my original gutters. My only slightly negative comment would be all the nails left in the yard and pieces of metal from cutting the gutters. With toddlers running around still finding nails after a month makes me nervous, even though I’ve combed the yard 10 to 20 different times. hopefully the windows get completed with my intimate company agreeing with the costs. Thank you so much!
Hail damage re-roof
Travis did a great job of managing my project, from assisting with communication with my insurance company including regular follow up with any questions I had or assistance I needed. He was very friendly and professional. The crew showed up as scheduled and were very timely in the completion, the quality of workmanship was excellent, they did a great job of protecting our landscaping, siding below in addition to a complete cleanup when roofing was completed. They were very safe including tying off on a steep roof with a 20' potential fall. I highly recommend Priority Construction including Travis managing the overall project.
Excellent Roofing Job

I was very impressed with not only the quality of the work but also the customer service throughout entire process. Riley Rainey not only knows exactly what he’s doing but went above and beyond the call. He didn’t like the way one part of siding looked so he made decision to redo the entire west side of the house at no extra charge. Besides, he is truly a great person to work with throughout. This company should be very proud of the service Riley provided under their name. Would recommend anyone and everyone to use Priority.
